St Paul Fish Co is seeking a dedicated and experienced Saute Cook to join our culinary team. The Saute Cook will play a vital role in preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring high-quality food and a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety regulations.
Assist in ingredient prep and portion control.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
Maintain accurate inventory of food supplies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Saute Cook in a restaurant or food service environment.
Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
A passion for cooking and food service.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
