About the location:

Adventure for every season awaits, complemented by luxurious guest rooms and onsite amenities.Responsibilities
- The Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms meet the highest standards oversees both Room Attendants and House Attendants working on the floors conducting detailed inspections of their work.
- Ensures our guest accommodation and all areas front and back of house are maintained in a spotless condition at all times.
- The Floor Supervisor is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel.
- Ensures all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels.
- Conducts detailed inspections of guestrooms and public areas.
- This position assigns rooms to Room Attendants, dispatches Houseman and Runners on requests and supports the overall day-to-day efficiency of the Housekeeping Operation.
- Organize the Housekeeping office, ensure files are updated, make photocopies, word processing and other administrative tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This will include any day of the week, all shifts, and holidays.
- High attention to detail and customer service skills
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs
- ability to be on feet for entirety of 8 hour shift
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
