Lead Server

The Montecito Santa Fe, a resort retirement community has an immediate opening for a Lead Server in the Garbo's Restaurant in our clubhouse. We serve both our residents and outside guests three meals/day every day. We are known for the excellent menu we have, the food we serve and the service we offer.

Lead Server will be responsible for supervising the server staff, training in both service and the Point of Sale, scheduling, quality of service, resident and guest liason. Must have minimum 2 years supervisory experience in serving, and comfort with an older demographic you'll be serving for. We have a Club license to serve wine and beer as well as our excellent food menu.
