Position SummaryServers are responsible for ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience by providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service. This role involves taking food and beverage orders, making recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of Cutthroats Saloon.
ResponsibilitiesGreet guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming environment
Present menus, answer questions, and make knowledgeable recommendations
Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset throughout service
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth food and beverage delivery
Handle guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and care
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with hotel and local health regulations
Process payments accurately and close out checks in a timely manner

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess or obtain a valid Washoe County Food Handler Card
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
