We are currently seeking a professional, bilingual (Mandarin/English) Concierge to join our team at a luxury property located in the heart of Flushing. This is a part-time position with competitive pay and a welcoming work environment.

Saturday

Rate: $18/hour
Location: 131-02 40th Road (Longfield), Flushing, NY

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist residents and guests with a warm, professional demeanor

Handle incoming calls and messages

Monitor building access and maintain security protocols

Provide information and directions as needed

Assist with package management and deliveries

Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English

Requirements:

Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English

Prior concierge, front desk, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and presentable

Able to work the scheduled days consistently
