Job Listing: Personal Hospitality Assistant (PHA) Location: Based in New York City Compensation: $45/hour + significant overtime + full health benefits A prominent, travel-heavy household seeks a highly organized and intuitive Personal Hospitality Assistant (PHA) to support a dynamic principal with multiple residences across the U.S. and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, travel-oriented role and loves creating seamless hospitality experiences Key Responsibilities: Travel ahead of the principal to various homes (domestic and international) to prepare for their arrival Stock each residence with personalized items, groceries, and essentials Liaise with household staff at each property to ensure everything is ready and up to the principal's standards Conduct walk-throughs and troubleshoot any potential issues in advance of the principal's stay Provide hands-on support during travel and transitions between properties Requirements: Based in NYC with the ability to travel frequently and on short notice Valid passport and driver's license Previous experience in hospitality, private service, or similar high-touch roles Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and in coordination with various household teams This role offers an excellent compensation package and the chance to join a tight-knit, professional team supporting a dynamic lifestyle.
