We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team who thrives on creating positive first impressions and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, staff, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. Responsibilities
Must be extremely reliable, report to shift as scheduled, on time.
Greet, welcome, and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Ability to provide outstanding customer support in person and over the phone.
Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally, and in writing.
Create and maintain documentation ledger of all phone calls, messages, information, and details as required in OAR rules, and to distribute to administrative team, fostering effective communication.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Respectfully takes direction from supervisor.
Desired Attributes
Spanish speaking required to effectively communicate with all staff and clients.
Possess strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation prior to distributing, and filing.
Proficient in using office equipment, Microsoft Office applications, internet, and phone systems.
Maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Must present a professional appearance and reputation to represent Specialty Comfort Care.
Must possess and the ability to maintain an Oregon driver's license and auto liability insurance.
Experience
1+ years of experience in a clerical position, preferably previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
1+ years of experience in a customer service position.
Ability to use general office equipment and computer systems required.
Office hours and schedule will be 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
As stated, you must be extremely reliable; report to shift as scheduled, on time, and complete the duration of shift.
