Job Summary:

As the Front Desk Associates, you are the face of the hotel! You are the first point of contact for all guests to help make their stay a memorable one. If you are new to hospitality, Front Desk Associate is a great starting point with huge potential for upward mobility.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $26.53/hr
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Job Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding service for Club members including a variety of different responsibilities that require direct interaction with club Members, member guests and potential members as well as internal and external businesses.

  • Oversee daily operations of the Members' Front Desk. Including answering phones , all radio communications for member skis, log book, and stickering of all guest skis
  • Conduct all open and close procedures. Answer all member inquires (via email, phone and in person) pertaining to Club Events, local and resort information. Enforce club policies in accordance with the Membership Plan. Monitor and log ski traffic in in daily log.
  • Food and Beverage: Assists with replenishing of snacks, hand warmers and all Member Lounge sundries. Manages the coffee/tea area including stocking, replenishing and cleanliness. Responsible for daily servicing of the coffee machine and maintaining the log.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of Members' Lounge, locker room, restrooms at all times. Fluff cushions, organize newspapers, vacuum, remove trash etc.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional yet approachable representation with the club members and must be highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to handle high volume member inquiries via in person, phone, email.
  • Guest Connect: Issue Member Club Ski Passes/Club I.D.s using Guest connect
  • Member name and face recognition
  • Maintain Confidentiality of all members.
  • Assists with club events as needed.
  • Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, and programs including Emma, Peoplesoft, Jonas, Club house on line, RPOS, Outlook, Coupa - preferred.
  • Assists Club Management with other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Friendly, strong people skills
  • Strong computer skills

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $26.53/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
