Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain an organized host stand, and ensure all food and drink menus are clean
Greet all customers immediately
Be the face of the bar and restaurant as hosts are the first and last team member customers will see
Control the flow of the floor with all walk-ins and reservations
Answer all phone calls including taking reservations over the phone and in-person
Use reservation systems to seat guests while spreading guests evenly throughout sections
Report directly to management and General Manager
