We are a busy working family with young kids, and I'm looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive to help me keep our home running smoothly during the week. I'm hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys tidying, cleaning, and organizingand who takes pride in creating a calm, orderly space. I'm currently lookinjg for help 1-2 days per week, with a budget of up to $75 per day. The right person will help with: Tidying and putting things away (toys, kids' clothes, general clutter) Light laundry and changing bed sheets Basic cleaning: sweeping, steam mopping, dishes, wiping surfaces, bathrooms Occasional deep cleaning or organization projects (like baseboards, toy bins, kitchen drawers, windows, etc.) Ideally, you have experience around children and would be open to helping with small childcare tasks in the futurelike preparing lunch/snacks or doing a school pickupeither occasionally or more regularly if it's the right fit. I'm currently behind on some deep cleaning and home setup, so the first few visits may be longer, and I'm open to paying more initially to help get caught up. I'm really hoping to find someone who can become a steady, positive presence in our homesomeone who's organized, respectful, and understands the rhythm of a busy family.
