Kitchen Worker: The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that all production teams have sanitary tools and workspaces.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keeps utensils and silverware clean, sanitized and properly stored.
- Keep department supplies filled and maintained.
- Practice proper care and maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls and shelves of kitchen area.
- Take out trash on a regular basis.
- Observes good sanitation and safety procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be available for scheduled work.
- Must exhibit the Family Style Service model at all times.
