Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (Full-Time or Part-Time Available)

Job Summary
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and organized Front Desk Host to join our team and serve
as the welcoming face of our clubhouse. In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of
contact for players, ensuring a smooth, friendly, and professional guest experience from the
moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome players upon arrival at the clubhouse
Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries
Book lessons and clinics using our scheduling system
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
Refill guest towels and ensure the water station is stocked
Support pro shop sales, including ringing up purchase
Take out trash and assist with general cleanliness
Deliver fresh towels and cold water to players as needed

Comfortable using scheduling systems and POS software
