We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Specialists (Condo Security/Concierge). Guard Card Required. Available Shifts: Morning: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Swing: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM Overnight: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM We offer flexible scheduling: Part-time/Full-time options. Start off as P/T and grow into F/T based on performance and experience. No experience necessary except the willingness to assist our guest and residents with an emphasis on customer service. Greet, smile and assist! Opportunity to transition to full-time with excellent performance Why Join Us? Competitive Pay: Starting at $17/hour with performance-based raises after 3 months. Paid Time Off: 11 paid holidays annually (Double pay if worked on holidays) 5 paid vacation days in your first year, increasing to 10 days after one year Lunch Breaks: Full 8-hour shifts include a 1-hour lunch, with the option to leave the property.
