The Noortwyck is a restaurant from fine dining veterans, Chef Andy Quinn and Sommelier Cedric Nicaise, previously of Eleven Madison Park. Located in the heart of Manhattans West Village, the restaurant is a combination of the welcoming nature of the neighborhood and the principles of elevated dining. Our team has a combined sense of purpose and are unified in our three driving principles: consistently delicious food, thoughtful beverage offerings and genuine hospitality.

We are looking for driven and passionate people to join our team.

Our Sommelier will be responsible for being the liaison between our wine and beverage programs and our guests. The right candidate for this position will love service and wine equally and be driven to provide a high level of hospitality. Sommeliers will be tasked with inventory, wine list maintenance and have input on purchasing.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($15.00) plus tips
