• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

• Fluent English (both written and spoken)

• Flexible availability were open all week except for Friday dinner and Saturday lunch (we are a kosher restaurant)

• A positive attitude and energetic vibe

• Commitment to excellent training standards and great hospitality
