Job DetailsIGC Hospitality is seeking experienced Restaurant Hosts/Hostess for high volume venues.
In Good Company Hospitality operates multiple high volume venues in NYC including Refinery Rooftop, Parker & Quinn, Park Avenue Tavern, O'toole's Way, Take Care Bistro, & Vintage Green Rooftop.
We are looking for an engaged, dynamic, energetic, hospitality driven individual to work the door. Your duties will include greeting guests, seating guests, answering the phone, planning the reservations distribution for the upcoming service, as well as general guest air traffic control. Experience with Seven Rooms and Open Table seating platforms is a plus.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous host/hostess experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with food service operations
- Experience with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Knowledge of seating/reservations platforms
- Background in hospitality and guest relations
- Ability to manage guest inquiries and provide excellent service
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $22.00)
