We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to join our FOH team in a Hybrid Server/Bartender role, with a primary focus on serving.
About the Role
This is a full-time position in a pooled-house, team-first environment. Youll play an essential role in shaping the guest experience, whether guiding the dining room or working behind the bar, with warmth, attentiveness, and sincerity. Ideal candidates will be confident, intuitive, and hospitality-driven, with the ability to build lasting guest relationships and foster a base of regulars who feel truly seen and appreciated.
What Were Looking For
5+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality
Proficient in both bartending and table service (serving is the primary focus)
Naturally connects with people; builds rapport quickly and authentically
Proactive and intuitive, anticipates guest needs without being prompted
Skilled at upselling in a genuine, guest-centered way
Team-oriented, adaptable, and ready to support wherever needed
Passionate about Italian cuisine and delivering warm, memorable experience
