The role:

The Bar Captain is expected to provide the highest standardof service in the department. By consistently demonstrating their experienceand advanced job abilities through their actions, Bar Captains provide a highlevel of support to the efficiency of the department. They proactively supporttheir colleagues and guests. In addition, they are expected to be able tofulfill the duties of any other non-management tipped role in the department

Our perfectcandidate has:

• 5+ years ofexperience as a bartender with emphasis in cocktail production (required)
• TIPS alcoholcertification
• Food handlingcertification
• Extensive bar andcocktail knowledge
• Strong communicationskills
• Passion forhospitality and a desire to grow within the company
• The ability to workunder pressure and to a high standard
• The capability tomeet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking,standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights,weekends, and holidays
