Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in patients with a smile
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance and processing payments
Providing exceptional customer service

What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with dental software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar) is a plus
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
A team player with a friendly, professional demeanor
