We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Server to join our front-of-house team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by delivering excellent customer service, taking accurate food and drink orders, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations when appropriate.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
Anticipate guests needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns.
Process payments accurately using POS systems.
Maintain a clean and organized section and assist with opening/closing duties.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with hosts, bussers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a server or in customer-facing hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
