PT PREP COOK/BACK OF HOUSE MEMBER - NUDAE Coffee

NUDAE Coffee is an independent coffee shop with a strong focus on quality, creativity, and community. Were currently looking for a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team and support day-to-day food production for our shop and pop-up events.

About the Role:
Youll be responsible for prepping ingredients, following recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who works efficiently, takes pride in consistency, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

Daily prep of food ingredients

Following recipe and portioning guidelines

Keeping prep and storage areas clean and organized

Labeling, dating, and rotating inventory (FIFO)

Supporting special event prep when needed

Communicating low inventory or prep needs to leads

Requirements:

Previous kitchen/prep experience required

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and food safety practices

Must be reliable, self-directed, and a team player

Available for dayshifts, evening shifts (if applicable) and weekends

Food Handlers card required
