Encinal Yacht Club, a historic and vibrant waterfront club located on the beautiful Alameda estuary, is seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to join our hospitality team. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment for our members and guestsand our bartenders play a central role in that experience.

What You'll Do:
+ Craft and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
+ Provide exceptional service to members and their guests in a friendly, professional manner
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
+ Manage bar inventory and restocking
+ Assist with club events, regattas, dinners, and special functions
+ Adhere to all safety and alcohol service regulations

What We're Looking For:
+ Previous bartending experience in a hospitality or private club setting preferred
+ Outstanding communication and customer service skills
+ Ability to multitask in a busy, social environment
+ Must be 21+ and possess or be able to obtain a valid CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
+ Flexible availability, especially evenings, weekends, and holidays
