Student - Dining Services Food Court Custodian

Utah Valley University Dining Services is seeking a student to assist with Dining Services' custodial duties. We are hiring for Monday - Friday

from 10 AM - 1 PM.

Duties vary and include, but are not limited to:

• Day to day custodial operations; proper table, floor, and dishware care, and cleaning and safety procedures.

• Use proper cleaning techniques with all custodial materials when cleaning tables, Dining Services kitchen areas, and dining areas.

• Maintaining the usage of supplies, chemicals, and equipment: Sani Professionals sanitation wipes, chemical chlorinated cleansers, rags from dishroom laundry area.

• All student workers need to be friendly, helpful, and able to follow directions from their supervisor. Employees are required to arrive at work on time, in a clean uniform, and fulfill the duties assigned to them.

• Must be a current UVU student.

• Must be able to walk, bend, lift, push, and stand for extended periods of time.

• Must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
