Experienced Plated Servers

We are seeking Experienced Plated Servers to join our high-performing banquet team. Ideal candidates have a background in formal banquet or fine dining service and are confident delivering multi-course plated meals at large-scale events, including weddings, galas, conventions, and corporate functions. Youll play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide polished, professional service of multi-course plated meals.
• Carry multiple plates and serve with precision and attention to timing.

Follow service protocols and etiquette, including serving from the left and clearing from the right.

Coordinate with banquet captains and culinary staff to ensure courses are served in sync.

Refill water, wine, and other beverages as needed throughout the event.

Set up and break down event spaces, including linens, silverware, glassware, and service stations.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.

Deliver outstanding guest service with a warm and courteous attitude.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of plated banquet or fine dining service experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a professional appearance.
