Banquet Server

Overview:

• We are seeking professional and polished Banquet Servers to support food and beverage service for a variety of special events including coffee service, hot lunches, boxed lunches, receptions, and general banquet set-up and break-down. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-service focused, and experienced in high-volume hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with set-up and breakdown of event spaces including coffee service, buffet lines, boxed lunch stations, and reception areas
• Serve plated meals or buffet-style food and beverages to guests
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas; bus tables and reset as needed
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adapt to changes quickly
• Handle wine service or open bottles as needed

Dress Code (Strictly Enforced):

• All black Beastro apron (long style) required
• Black button-up dress shirt blouses not permitted (must accommodate tie)
• All black tie required
• Black dress pants or slacks no jeans or leggings
• All black socks
• Closed-toe, all black shoes
• Wine and bottle opener
• Pen
• Neatly groomed appearance
• Long hair must be tied back
• Minimal jewelry no large pieces or visible logos

Requirements:

• Prior banquet, catering, or restaurant serving experience preferred
• Ability to carry trays, bus tables, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail

• Greet guests and provide friendly customer service
• Take food and beverage orders
• Submit orders and process bills through POS system
• Help set and bus tables
• Deliver food and drink orders to guests
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Stand for long durations during shift
• Able to lift, move, and carry food items and trays
• Follow all sanitation and safety rules and regulations
