The Front Drive Concierge is the first impression of our 261-room downtown hotel. With the transition to self-parking, this role is essential in keeping our front drive organized, safe, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will have a big, friendly personality and a natural talent for engaging with guests.

Responsibilities include managing the flow of vehicles, keeping the area clear of congestion, and ensuring the space remains clean and clutter-free. You will greet arriving guests, direct them to our parking garage, assist with luggage carts, and, when needed, help unload vehicles. This role combines hospitality, organization, and energy to create a smooth arrival experience for every guest.

Essential Job Functions

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
  • Retrieve and transport guest luggage
  • Provide a warm and friendly arrival experience for all guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines
  • Ensure that management/leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments
  • Be present outside on our front drive for the entirety of the shift. This person is to dress appropriately to be outside and engaging with incoming guests.
  • Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and/or pulls, and attend the main lobby and front door, as needed
  • Assist in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment
Necessary Skills and Attributes
  • Adaptability
  • Dependable. Only applicants who have not struggled with attendance issues at previous jobs.
  • Formal Education
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Experience
  • Customer service-related roles.
