We sweat the details, and take pride in the customer service experience we provide: informed, friendly, helpful and prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.
We are currently hiring for a front of house/cashier position shared between both our locations. You will work closely with a small team of pizza makers at each location and you will have a broad set of responsibilities, including:
-organizing online pre-order tickets
-taking phone orders
-setting up the cashier station (inventory & set up drinks, pizza boxes, etc.)
-expediting orders and helping cut, finish and sell pizzas
-counting down the drawer
-cleaning

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
-The ideal candidate will have worked for at least a year in a high-volume foodservice setting, ideally in restaurants in a customer-facing position
-You must love food, and be motivated to learn about and explain our unique approach to pizza to new customers
-We are a very high-volume and high-paced environment, so it is vital that all team members work with a natural sense of urgency
-The ideal candidate is intrinsically organized and can multi-task well, handling the onslaught of in-person, online and phone orders that can arrive simultaneously
-Most important, we are looking for kind, friendly team members who not only draw customers in but work well with our small crew
COMMUTING & AVAILABILITY
-Must have evening and weekend availability
-Access to transit (ideally a car) to and from University City and to food truck locations in Mt. Airy, Bella Vista & Fairmount Compensation Details

Job Details Pitruco started as a wood-fired pizza trailer serving center city over 13 years ago. Compensation: Hourly ($16.00 - $19.00) plus tips
