The menu focuses on live-fire cooking centered on the vibrant, seasonal ingredients Southern California has to offer.
The adjoining space, bar darling, houses a listening bar that offers a different kind of escapevinyl records spun on a world-class hi-fi sound system, paired with thoughtful cocktails in an intimate setting.
We are currently hiring Bartenders :
Were building a passionate, tight-knit team to help bring this exciting concept to life. Ideal candidates have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a chef-driven, high-volume setting as a bartender
A deep passion for hospitality, food, and beverage
A collaborative, team-first mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine interest in culinary excellence, driven by local and seasonal ingredients
Sharp attention to detail and a calm, composed presence
Interest in being part of a small, focused opening team
Solid knowledge of wine and cocktails (for bar and service roles)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask gracefully
A consistently positive attitude and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences
Current Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service certification are a plus
Positions require: Full availability (4-5 days per week)
