We are seeking a polished, experienced Host/Hostess to join our team at a fast-paced, upscale casual Latin restaurant in LIC.
What Were Looking For:
* 2+ years of experience in upscale or high-volume dining
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Strong organizational abilities (reservations, large parties, guest flow)
* Calm under pressure with a team-first, positive attitude
* Availability: MondayThursday, 5 PM 10 PM
* Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
* Manage reservations and walk-ins using the Resy platform
* Coordinate with service staff to ensure seamless front-of-house operations
* Handle pickup and delivery orders with accuracy and care
* Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
