360 Group is looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to the manager to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling phone calls, emails, and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.
In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be highly proficient with word/excel processing applications. A outgoing personality, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail are all essential skill sets.
Receptionist / Office Assistant Responsibilities:
Answering a multi line phone
Direct calls to the appropriate person
Take clear and correct messages
Handling emails.
Managing filing system.
Recording information as needed.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Office duties include parts ordering, collections, advertising, scheduling, show planning, and customer file maintenance.
Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
Coordinating events as necessary.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Receptionist / Office Assistant Requirements:
Experience as an receptionist / office assistant or in related field.
Above average communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Have a valid driver license.
