Ste R-1 compensation: $16.50 an hour + tips depending on experience employment type: experience level: mid level job title: HOSTS SADDLE RANCH ORANGE NOW HIRING: HOSTS Interviews are being conducted on site: OPEN INTERVIEWS FRIDAY, 07/18, MONDAY, 07/21 & TUESDAY, 07/22 1:00pm to 4:00pm Saddle Ranch Orange 20 City Blvd W Orange, CA (located in The Outlets of Orange) Rate of pay: $16.50 hourly + tips Requirements: MUST be able to start working immediately MUST be able to work AM and PM shifts, Weekends and Holidays Host responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. Host will be assisting with bussing tables/sections, run food, work with Open Table and answer phones. Ultimately, you'll ensure we give every guest "true royal treatment" Responsibilities Welcome guests Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists Manage reservations Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas Provide menus and announce Server or Bartender name Greet customers upon their arrival and departure Coordinate with management about available seating options Maintain a clean host area Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, etc) Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries Assist wait staff as needed Buss tables, assist servers with drink refills Operate the bull for bull rides Requirements: 2-3 years work experience as a Host in high volume restaurant/bar Open Table and TOAST experience a plus Understanding of restaurant etiquette Familiarity with health and safety regulations Experience in managing reservations Demonstrable customer-service skills Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area Availability to work in shifts as needed Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift High school diploma *******************PLEASE BRING YOU RESUME********************* If you can not make the interviews - please visit www.thesaddleranch.com and apply to the CAREER page Principals only.
