Hourly Wage Starting at $18 Receptionist Responsibilities: Front Desk & Visitor Management: Greet and welcome all patients, clients, and visitors with a positive and friendly demeanor. Check in visitors and either direct or escort them to their destination. Maintain a visitor sign-in log and inform employees of visitor arrivals or cancellations. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed. Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. Maintain and tidy the reception and common areas. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain the confidentiality of all resident and patient information, including protected health information (PHI). Promptly report any suspected or known violations of confidentiality to the Administrator. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: Previous administrative or receptionist experience is preferred. Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with clerical functions and a multi-line phone system. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret general business documents and procedures. Problem-solving and reasoning abilities. Physical & Work Environment: This role requires sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
