Evening & weekend availability is a must! The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for daily operations of the Restaurant. They lead the kitchen staff by maintaining high food quality standards, assisting in food production and ensuring cost control standards are consistently met and maintained. The Kitchen Supervisor has a clear understanding of policies, procedures and company vision. The Kitchen Supervisor is the person in charge in the absence of the Sous Chef.
