Italian Restaurant Line Cook

Pizza Plaza is looking for a dependable and punctual Line Cook that can work well within a family restaurant environment.

Pay: $22 per hour. Dependent on experience.

This is not a temporary/seasonal position.

Work schedule will vary and is flexible.

Job Description
Prepare and stock the cooking line with various items required to prepare dishes.
Follow recipes to prepare various saute, pasta, seafood, and oven baked dishes for service to customers.
Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and work area.

Required Experience
Sauteing various meats and vegetables.
Grilling steak/chicken.
Working with a deep fryer.
Preparing oven baked dishes.
Pizza making experience preferred.

Other Requirements
Anchorage Food Worker Card.
Must be at least 18 years old.
