Job Summary
The Front of House Staff member ensures an exceptional guest experience by delivering warm, professional, and attentive service. This is a cross-trained role where you may work in various positions during a shift, such as host, server, busser, or food runner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide attentive, friendly service.
Assist with seating, taking orders, running food, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.
Support teammates in various FOH roles as needed.
Uphold Sunday Gravys hospitality standards and brand values.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
Ability to learn and adapt to different FOH positions.
Reliability and punctuality are a must.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during service.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation).
Schedule
Part-time and full-time positions available.
Must be available to work evenings and or weekends
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly wage plus shared tips from the tip pool.
Meal discounts.
