About the Role:

Join Poolwerx Midland-Odessa as a Pool Cleaner and become a vital part of our team dedicated to providing exceptional pool maintenance services. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in delivering sparkling clean pools and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of residential and commercial swimming pools.
• Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safe swimming conditions.
• Inspect pool equipment and report any necessary repairs or replacements.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate records using phone and App provided.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance preferred but not required.
• Valid Class C driver's license and be able to be insured by company.
• Must be able to past drug test and background check.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to work in summer and winter temperatures.
