Uses food thermometers to determine that foods are at the proper temperature for meal service, i.e., 165 F internal temperature, and records temperatures./ppServes food according to spreadsheets, patient/resident requests and menus./ppProvides support, documentation, and communication to ensure smooth operations in the Department./ppMaintains work areas to meet sanitation and safety standards./ppMaintaining proper dress code including good personal hygiene./ppstrong /strong/ppstrongYou're an excellent fit, if you have:/strong/pullionsite training available! /lili1 yr institutional food service experience as a cook preferred/lilicurrent MN certified food protection manager (CFPM) preferred/liligreat customer service and communication skills/liliability to work independently /li/ulpstrong /strong/ppstrongBenefits statement:/strong/ppLifeCare Medical Center offers an attractive benefits package for qualifying employees.
