Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Part-Time Bartender to join our team The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of bartending experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons. Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a similar establishment.
-Must have OLCC Service Permit
-Must have a valid Food handlers card.
Duties:
-Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, in accordance with established recipes and customer preferences.
-Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
-Check identification to ensure that customers are of legal drinking age.
-Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
-Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for replenishment as needed.
-Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.
-Excellent knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation.
-Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
-Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
-Knowledge of and adherence to local alcohol laws and regulations.
Schedule:
-This is a part-time position including evenings and weekends.
- Potential for full time after trial period.
