Receptionist BDC Agent -Automotive Dealership

Gulliver Auto Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team in a growing dealership. Call Center experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist all customers and visitors with professionalism and courtesy

Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system

Maintain the front desk and lobby area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment

Schedule appointments and assist with administrative support for the sales

Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and handling mail

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist or customer service experience, Automotive Experience preferred

Call Center experience moves to the front of the line.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

Professional appearance and demeanor
