Our Menus & Hours:
Dinner nightly (closed by 9 pm SundayThursday; 10 pm Friday & Saturday)
Friday lunch
Weekend brunch (Saturday & Sunday)
What Youll Do:
Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and refine menus with a focus on sustainability, local sourcing, and smart ingredient cross-utilization
Lead daily prep, line cooking, and production as needed
Place orders on the Chefs days off and maintain par levels
Mentor and train kitchen team members, fostering a positive, respectful work environment
Maintain culinary standards and uphold speed-of-service goals
Conduct weekly inventories and manage kitchen organization and equipment maintenance
Ensure full compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
What Were Looking For:
No ego, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow
At least 1 year of BOH management experience
At least 2 years of line cook experience
Weekend and night availability
Manager-level Food Handler Certificate
Leadership, adaptability, and a calm head under pressure
