We are a full service, Mediterranean fusion concept that is an absolute favorite amongst locals and visitors! Overlooking the gorgeous San Francisco Bay, our concept blends delicious food with warmth and amazing dining experiences. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations. The most exciting part, this position is Monday-Friday so the weekends are all yours!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily FOH operations with a proactive, visible, and service-oriented presence
  • Support, coach, and mentor staff through clear communication, training, and consistent leadership
  • Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
  • Manage labor and payroll, create efficient schedules, and ensure adherence to labor budgets
  • Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure smooth, seamless service execution
  • Build strong guest relationships, resolving concerns with professionalism and grace
  • Oversee onboarding, performance management, and team development initiatives
  • Handle ordering, vendor relationships, and inventory controls for FOH supplies
  • Work with ownership and senior leadership to achieve financial and operational goals

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a polished, full-service environment with elevated service standards
  • Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest service
  • A calm, confident leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and solution-oriented, with a hands-on approach to leadership
  • Familiar with POS (Toast preferred), scheduling systems, and FOH administrative tools
  • Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Compensation & Benefits:
