Hiring professional, experienced and friendly Busboy/girl (Busser)

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Busboy/girl (Busser) to join our front-of-house team. As a Busser you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area by clearing and resetting tables, refilling water, and assisting the servers and hosts to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Promptly clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables after guests leave
Reset tables quickly and neatly with clean tableware, linens, and condiments
Assist servers in delivering food and beverages when needed
Refill water glasses and assist with other guest needs as directed
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces
Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in bus stations
Help restock supplies (e.g., napkins, silverware, condiments) as needed
Follow all sanitation and safety policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with team members to support a seamless dining experience

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on your feet for long periods
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Team player with good communication skills
Ability to lift bus trays and perform physical tasks
