Job Details Ops is a natural wine and pizza restaurant located in Bushwick, Brooklyn since 2016. We put care and intention into everything we serve and how we serve it, and we always strive to be a place where everyone feels welcome and comfortable.

We are currently looking for a full or part-time line cook to fill out our team at our new location in the East Village. In this position you will learn every aspect of what we do, including baking bread and making pizza, and prepping ingredients for all of our dishes. Schedule is generally flexible, but weekend availability is a must.

Pizza experience is not required. Dough or sourdough experience is a plus, but not a necessity. We believe anything can be trained for someone with the right attitude, basic kitchen skill set, and a continuous learning mindset.
