Job Details We are seeking a talented server to join our team of seasoned professionals for BackBar, a restaurant by Chef Laurent Tourondel--located within the Hotel Eventi on 6th Avenue and 30th st.

Job Overview:
Our Servers ensure that orders are taken correctly and provided to the guest with swiftness and accuracy while providing the best possible dining experience at LT Hospitality restaurants. Servers are to always be friendly, approachable, and accommodating.
What youll do:
- Provide technically proficient service to all guests and be their advocate throughout their LTH experience
- Have thorough knowledge of and be able to describe all food and beverage products attractively
- Communicate openly and thoroughly with supervisor and for bringing all guest concerns to supervisors attention immediately
- Positively interact with all guests from arrival to departure from the restaurant
- Confirm all orders at time of first interaction and upon arrival of the meal/drinks
- Follow up throughout the meal and replenish beverages when applicable
- Provide impeccable service to all guests
- Correct all guest errors quickly
- Complete additional tasks as requested by the team and management

Who you are:
- You are passionate about the Hospitality industry and thrive in fast-paced environments
- You have 2+ years of experience as a Server
- You are a team player with clear communication and follow through
- You have attention to detail and initiative to problem solve as needed
- You are able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
- You are able to communicate in English, through written and verbal communications
- You are able to lift 30+ pounds
- You are available on nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
