Job Details Renwick Hospitality Group is looking to add a Head Bartender to the team. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete opening and closing duties, such as setting garnish, ice, glassware, and tools. Keeping the area clean and ready for service.
- Full comprehension of all cocktail recipes, house, classic, or otherwise.
- Full understanding of the menu and offerings for guests as well as recipes for beverages.
- Utilize MICROS to input orders and deliver to guests.
- Utilize Beverage on Craftable for ordering and inventory practices
- Money management.
- Control inventory and work with the bar back team to ensure needs are met during shift.
- Closing Monthly Inventory with Director of Food & Beverage
- Conduct Monthly Inventory and Weekly Inventory
- Maintaining weekly inventory and ordering
- Menu Development/ Creating Cocktails
- Follow the steps of service for guest interactions, service & more.
- Batching or prepping of products such as mixes, syrups, & more.
- Basic knowledge of wine & beer.
- Advanced knowledge of cocktails.

Compensation: Hourly ($14.00) plus tips
