Part-time Kitchen Aide

Portion and plate appetizers, desserts and all alternative menu choices as needed.
Assist Chef with final meal preparations as needed.
Set-up carts for dinner service so they are ready to go for the dining room servers.
Assist with plating dinners as needed.
Assist with clearing and storage of left-over food insuring all food is covered, labeled and dated properly.
Sweep and mop the kitchen, stock room, cooler and freezer.
Take out trash and recycling
Serve all dinner courses appetizer, entree, dessert
Clear used dinnerware as needed.
Completely clear dining room at the end of dinner service.
Assist in kitchen with sorting clean silverware.
Put away all clean dishes and glasses.
Run dishwasher.
This position is approximately 15 hours per week. Must have weekend availability.
