Hiring for Fine Dining Staff - Front of House

Our Downtown Tacoma Tapas Bar is seeking Fine Dining Staff to join our team. You'll use your knowledge and skills to provide incredible dining & bar services to our patrons. Your attention to detail will ensure that every aspect of interacting with the guests is executed cheerfully, charmingly, efficiently and professionally.

Hiring for the following roles:

Bartender $18/hour starting + tips
Table Host/Server $18/hour starting + tips
Food and/or Cocktail Runner $18/hour starting + tips
Wine Cart Host $18/hour starting + tips

Schedule: Looking to fill AM and PM shifts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent time management; be on time and ready to be a team player
Superb interpersonal skills
A keen eye for details
Available to work evenings and weekends as required
Maintain a polished appearance and positive demeanor
Work well in a team environment
Able and willing to work on your feet
On-the-spot problem solving
Over 21

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with POS systems
Customer service experience
Note: Previous food & wine service experience is preferred, but not required; we will train people with excellent energy and aptitude.

Education & Qualifications
Completion of a food safety course or current card
Certification in alcohol service course or current card
Agree to full background check
