Cooks, dishwashers needed

Need cooks, prep, dishwashers full time starting Thursday, August 21. We are a seasonal catering company that works M-F with 18-22 year old students at USC. We prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner Mon-Th, with a Friday brunch. No nights, no weekends. We work during the USC academic year, so when the students are on break, so are we. You MUST be available to start by 8/25. If you can not get out of your current job, we will not consider you. All applicants must have legal documentation, a serve safe certificate, black pants, slip resistant/black shoes, and knives where required. We will provide coats, hats, aprons, etc. Must provide work experience.

Our menus are set based on seasonality and the preferences of our clients. WE ARE NOT A RESTAURANT. ONE meal is offered at meal times, buffet style. All meals are prepared on site in commercial kitchens. Headcounts can range from 40 students to 150. Each kitchen team is formed based on necessity and skill set. This is a difficult, but fulfilling job. Our clients are young, energetic and demanding, but the work environment is awesome. If you have what it takes, we'd love to bring you on board.
