On Call Sous and Prep Kitchen Help

We are looking for an On Call Prep & Kitchen Helper for our In House Team. Usually must shifts last at least a week or more.
Our company is an off site industrial kitchen which is extremely busy and fast paced. Food focus in world fusion.

Knowledge of catering procedures a plus, as are good knife and communication skills.
