(with potential for direct hire) Job Overview: Our client, a well-established company in the construction industry, is seeking a Front Desk Representative to join their team for a long-term role. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle phone calls, and basic knowledge of QuickBooks. The right candidate will also be comfortable working in a busy environment with frequent foot traffic from field crews and customers. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone. Answer and direct incoming calls professionally. Provide general administrative support to office staff. Use QuickBooks for basic tasks (training will be provided). Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Communicate effectively with field crews and construction staff. Requirements: Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred. Basic understanding of QuickBooks is a plus (training provided). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a busy environment with frequent interruptions. Professional and friendly demeanor. Additional Details: Initial training will be held in Twin Falls, ID. _ Travel and lodging for training will be paid by the client. _ This is a long-term position with potential for direct hire after a trial period through American Staffing, Inc. Must be comfortable working in a construction office setting with a high volume of activity.
